High scoring attack will be the key to success; Team Preview

After winning five public school state championships at Hereford, Brian King has won back-to-back MIAA B Conference lacrosse crowns in just two season at John Carroll. The 2017 Patriots do have some holes to patch, but may still have enough to make a run at a three-peat.

The key to John Carroll’s success will be a high scoring attack, led by senior Joey Rayman and junior Jude Brown.

“We have a good blend of youth and experience for the 2017 season,” said King.  “We will need to fill key positions at goalie and face-off but return a high scoring attack and have some experienced talent on defense.”

Senior Pul Poholsky and juniors Jake Krieger and Luke Ensore will anchor the midfield, while senior Shau Vines will anchor the defense.
