Aberdeen's Faulcon signs with Lincoln University

Eagle standout will play football and study journalism
Kenny FaulconAberdeen football player Kenny Faulcon signed a national letter of intent on Tuesday to play college football at Lincoln University (PA).

Lincoln, a historically black college which competes in the Division 2 Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association, is led by head coach O.J. Abanishe.  The Lions went 2-8 in 2011.

At the signing ceremony (pictured left), Faulcon was joined by his father Ken and his step mother Tihesha Moore, in addition to (back row, from left) Aberdeen principal Mike O'Brien, Eagle head football coach Johnny Brooks and Aberdeen athletic director Tim Lindecamp.

Faulcon plans to study journalism in college.
