Sterling has 20 as No. 7 Hawk girls beat Wilde Lake
Meg Sterling had 20 points and four assists, and Jenna Collins added 11 points, six assists and three rebounds, leading No. 7 River Hill High to a 58-25 victory over Wilde Lake in a Howard County girls’ basketball match in Clarksville Friday evening.

The league-leading Hawks gained control early with a 26-3 first quarter lead. River Hill also finished with a 36-24 rebounding advantage.

Brandi Fisher had eight points to lead Wilde Lake, which hosts Hammond Saturday afternoon. River Hill is at Atholton Tuesday afternoon.
