No. 11 Gators top Glenelg; Massaquoi scores 29
zelorZelor Massaquoi (pictured left) scored a game-high 29 points and pulled down 11 rebounds as No. 11 Reservoir defeated host Glenelg, 45-33, in a Howard County girls’ basketball contest Friday evening.

Trailing 19-14 at halftime, the Gators outscored Glenelg, 18-5, in the third quarter to capture the lead for good. With the victory, the Fulton school remains a game behind River Hill for first in the league.

Olivia Nowlin had 11 points for Glenelg (8-10, 6-9 Howard), and Kristin Yuan grabbed 11 rebounds. The Gladiators host No. 17 Mount Hebron Tuesday while Reservoir takes on Centennial at home.
